REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

ELOI™ AI Operating Systems, an Operating Division of General American Sovereign Trust, operates a strict, automated subscription framework designed to give users clear control over their transactional lifeciences.

1. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

All active profiles registered under the ELOI™ All-In-One Super Intelligence Operating System (SIOS) are set to an automatic renewal tier. The system bills exactly $69.00 USD every thirty (30) days directly to the card on file with Numbers Payments until a cancellation event occurs.

2. ZERO-FRICTION CANCELLATION STEPS

We provide a simple, transparent loop to stop your recurring subscription with no hidden retainers:

• USER DASHBOARD METHOD: Log into your active portal dashboard at https://eloitechnology.com, navigate to the Billing Management panel, and click "Cancel Subscription."
• EMAIL METHOD: Send a clear written request containing your registered profile email address to support@eloitechnology.com. Our support queue processes these requests within 1-2 business days.

3. REFUND LIMITATIONS

• SETTLED CAPACITIES: Because ELOI™ allocates dedicated, serverless hardware context pools on Beam.cloud NVIDIA H200 cards and maintains high-IOPS persistent storage spaces on PostgreSQL for your profile context windows, we do not offer retroactive refunds for partial monthly cycles or unused time.
• CANCELLATION WINDOW: Charges are non-refundable once processed. To avoid the next automated $69.00 USD billing block, you must file your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the close of your current 30-day window.

4. CHARGEBACK AND FRAUD GUARDRAILS

Any chargeback or bank dispute filed without first attempting a direct cancellation via our support channel or dashboard will result in the immediate blacklisting of the user profile, permanent deletion of associated pgvector conversational memories, and restriction of the underlying card from our payment network layers.
