TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to ELOI™ AI Operating Systems. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://eloitechnology.com (the "Site") and the ELOI™ All-In-One Super Intelligence Operating System (the "Service"), managed by ELOI™ AI Operating Systems, an Operating Division of General American Sovereign Trust ("we," "us," or "our").

By subscribing to or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION TIER

ELOI™ is a premium subscription-based service billed at a recurring rate of $69.00 USD per month.

• AUTOMATIC BILLING: By registering for a paid subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, Numbers Payments) to automatically charge the recurring subscription fee of $69.00 USD to your designated payment method every thirty (30) days.
• CONTINUOUS REBILLING: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for an additional successive 30-day term until you explicitly cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.

2. CANCELLATION AND OPT-OUT POLICY

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

• CANCELLATION METHOD: To stop future recurring billing cycles, you must execute an opt-out action via your automated account user panel on the Site, or send an explicit written cancellation notice to our customer support division via email at support@eloitechnology.com.
• TIMING: To avoid being billed for the subsequent billing period, your cancellation request must be successfully logged at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled monthly renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account access will persist until the expiration of the current paid billing cycle, after which automatic charges will cease.

3. PAYMENT AND FRAUD MITIGATION

All transactions are safely validated through Numbers Payments. We actively monitor traffic quality and conversion signatures. We reserve the absolute right to suspend accounts or terminate service profiles if we identify patterns consistent with transaction fraud, unauthorized programmatic scraping, card-testing behavior, or systemic platform manipulation.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELOI™ AI Operating Systems and its parent trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your utilization of, or inability to utilize, the serverless Super Intelligence Operating System.
